*सभी रिव्यू खारिज, समयावधि एक साल बढ़ाया गया, 1 सितम्बर 2025 का पुराना आदेश बहाल किया। सेवारत शिक्षकों को टीईटी से कोई राहत नहीं ।*

1. Permission to file review petitions, is granted.

2. Delay condoned.

3. Hon’ble Mr. Justice Dipankar Datta pronounced the reportable judgment of the Bench comprising His Lordship and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Manmohan.

4. The review petitions stand dismissed in terms of the signed reportable judgment placed on the file.

5. Pending interlocutory applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.

हिंदी अनुवाद-1. रिव्यू पिटीशन फाइल करने की परमिशन दी जाती है।

2. देरी माफ की जाती है।

3. माननीय जस्टिस दीपांकर दत्ता ने हिज लॉर्डशिप और माननीय जस्टिस मनमोहन की बेंच का रिपोर्टेबल जजमेंट सुनाया।

4. *फाइल पर रखे गए साइन किए हुए रिपोर्टेबल जजमेंट के हिसाब से रिव्यू पिटीशन खारिज की जाती हैं।*

5. पेंडिंग इंटरलोक्यूटरी एप्लीकेशन, अगर कोई हों, तो उनका भी निपटारा कर दिया जाएगा।

✍️ Appreciating that the TET examination must be conducted by the relevant authorities expeditiously as well as the time and resources required for the same are limited, we alter and extend the timeline granted in paragraph 217 of Anjuman (supra) for in-service teachers to acquire the TET qualification from 2 (two) to 3 (three) years, i.e., the qualification has to be obtained by *31st August, 2028 instead of 31st August, 2027,* as originally direct । सेवा में बने रहने के लिए 1 साल की अवधि बढ़ाई गई है।
